The Future of Heritage is a new exhibition at the British Council in London, which celebrates the work of the Cultural Protection Fund and the projects it supports in the Middle East and North Africa.

Displaying a range of artisan-made pieces, The Future of Heritage explores how the British Council's Cultural Protection Fund is creating opportunities for sustainable development while protecting, recording, conserving, and restoring heritage at risk. Turquoise Mountain has loaned a selection of unique pieces, including the hand-woven Afghan History Carpet and the intricate Jali Ball. Head to 10 Spring Gardens to see these pieces and learn about the important work of the Cultural Protection Fund in preserving craft traditions.
